Having a great time at the SM100 training camp, great to have coach Chris Eatough along for the bonus tips!

The weather has been super nice in the mountains this weekend. Amazing how much cooler it is! Super excited retired Trek superstar Chris Eatough has chosen the Shenandoah Mountain 100 as an event he wants to ride this year.

Some great summertime tours!

We've been having a lot of fun showing the girl scouts around the trails in the George Washington National Forest these past few weeks!

The North River Gorge Trail is a great place to try your hand at mountain biking in the GW! Its great for beginners, and also offers some fun river crossings that can challenge even the most experienced of riders.

I ended the day with all the letters of my camp name intact, even adding ! , :), as well as a peace sign on the end! (you lost a letter each time you fumbled a river crossing - woot woot!)
