Virginia Mountain Bike Trail - day 6 - Matt Smith stretches it out rolling through Blue Grass Hollow on lead into Little Mare.
Lunch stop ahead at Trappers Lodge. Shenandoah Mountain Trail was amazing yesterday on day 5.
